Before any assignment can be offered or allocated to you, a one-time administrative activation fee is required: CHF 149, EUR 149 or USD 149, according to the currency shown in your registration offer. This is one payment in one currency, not three payments or an exchange-rate equivalent. The amount, currency and applicable terms are provided before payment. Activation is separate from the agency commission on bookings. Payment does not guarantee acceptance, representation, casting invitations, assignments or earnings.

No. Agency contact is separate and voluntary. No portrait is moved to a roster without consent.
When is talent paid?
By the next business day after the job. Terms are confirmed in writing before the job.
What does the brand pay?
The talent fee, agency fee and image rights are shown separately in writing before any booking.
Which image rights does the brand receive?
Only the channels, territory, duration and purpose in the agreement. Any new use needs a separate agreement.
Can I turn down a brief?
Yes, without a penalty or reduced visibility.
